Q: When and where is the market held? A: Our market is held Sundays from 9 am to 4 pm at Heroes Park in Meridian.

Q: What types of vendors do you accept? A: We welcome local farmers, artisans, crafters, and food producers. We prioritize vendors who align with our values of sustainability, local production, and animal welfare.

Application Process

Q: How do I apply to become a vendor? A: Please fill out our online application form under vendor information. We review applications on a rolling basis.

Q: Is there a fee to apply? A: There is no fee to apply, but accepted vendors will need to pay a booth fee.

Q: How long does the application process take? A: We typically respond to applications within 5 days.

Fees and Logistics

Q: What are the booth fees? A: Our current booth fees are:

  • $35 a week no membership fee for at least 2025

Q: What size are the booth spaces? A: Standard booth spaces are [dimensions, e.g., 10' x 10']. If you need a larger space, please indicate this in your application.

Q: Do you provide tables, tents, or other equipment? A: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, and any other necessary equipment. All tents must be properly weighted.

Rules and Regulations

Q: Do I need any special permits or licenses? A: Required permits depend on what you're selling. At minimum, all vendors need a valid business license. Food vendors may need additional health department permits.

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can sell? A: All products must be locally made or grown. We do not allow reselling of commercial products. For a full list of restrictions, please refer to our Vendor Handbook.

Q: Do you have requirements for organic or sustainable practices? A: While we encourage sustainable practices, they are not required. However, all vendors must clearly label their products and production methods.

Supporting Animal Welfare

Q: How can vendors support your animal welfare initiatives? A: We encourage vendors to consider donating a portion of their proceeds to our partnered animal rescues. We also welcome animal-friendly products and are happy to highlight these efforts.
